Previously In 't Nieuw Museum, but now re-named to reflect its charismatic owners. Definitely more a restaurant which serves good beer, as opposed to a pub which serves food. Beer, food and service were all excellent on our most recent (March 2024) visit, but we still aren't entirely sure you can still pop in just for a beer. However, the place is so good we recommend planning to eat - it's not cheap, but the quality is very high. Lovely owners too. Reservations recommended as it gets very busy. NB: it's closed at weekends.
