This lovely cafe is a little off the beaten (tourist) track, situated as it is about 10 minutes' walk from 't Zand Square (turn left out of Bernie's, go down Smedenstraat, through the city gates and you'll not be far away). Once there, you'll find a wonderful, atmospheric brown cafe - complete with obligatory random stuff hanging from the ceiling - jazz, vinyl, art and a full food menu, along with very welcoming owners. There are about 100 beers on a good list, featuring lots of local breweries. NB: take bus 30 from Brugge Station. Or the same bus from 't Zand, but it will probably be quicker walking from the latter.
